Ticket vending machines are available during train operating hours located on both Track 1 and Track 2 platforms. TVMs accept cash, debit, and credit card.

Passengers requesting a Yellow Cab, including wheelchair accessible vehicles, must contact Yellow Cab at (954) 777-7777 and specify a Tri-Rail connection to receive a $5 discount applied to your trip.

Freebee is an on-demand electric microtransit service. Freebee service to and from the Cypress Creek Station in the Freebee Service Area is available for FREE thanks to a one-year demonstration grant from the Florida Department of Transportation available until June 2024. Freebee Hours: Monday - Friday (6am - 10am and 3pm - 7pm)*

*On Weekdays and Weekends when Freebee is not in service, riders can use this Uber voucher or contact Yellow Cab for a $5 discount on their ride.
